Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident in your AccSHELLerator purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the AccSHELLerator must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Unmodified, uncut, or otherwise altered

  • Returned with its original packaging and components

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or we shipped the incorrect item.

Fitment & Compatibility

AccSHELLerator products are designed to fit specific shotgun manufacturers and models.

Please verify your shotgun model using the compatibility information provided on the product page before ordering.

If you purchase the incorrect model, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct AccSHELLerator model, when available, provided the product has not been used, installed, modified, or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on fitment-related exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your AccSHELLerator arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution. AccSHELLerator will cover reasonable shipping costs when the error is ours or the product is defective.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns cannot be accepted for products that have been:

  • Modified or altered

  • Damaged through improper installation or use

  • Abused or used for a purpose other than intended

  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Reason for the return or exchange
